Poda is a side project of mine I launched several years ago that aimed to help teams bridge the strategy gap between high level vision and low level work, a common pain point I’ve experienced across multiple teams. The unique tree based structure (vs Kanban or Timeline roadmaps) helps individuals understand how their work funnels up to broader company goals or themes.

Poda is now owned and maintained by another developer.
